Remedies hits the Trifecta!

Remedies Products has again been recognised by the trade at the recent Australian Association of Convenience Stores (AACS) Gala Event held in Sydney. AACS is Australia’s peak industry body representing convenience suppliers and retailers (www.aacs.org.au).

Remedies Products was awarded the 2009 AACS Supplier of the Year – General Merchandise Category (Runner Up).

This is the third year in a row that Remedies Products has been recognized for its outstanding performance in the Convenience Channel (2007 Winner, 2008 Runner Up).

The key evaluation criteria were:
- Stock performance;
- Frequency of store visits by reps;
- Quality of service at all contact points (including integrity, trustworthiness, managing stock quantities, management of stock delivery etc);
- Incremental category growth; and
- Overall satisfaction.

Smiths, Cadbury and Coca-Cola have also been finalists three years in a row.

Retailers who voted for the awards represent 85% of Convenience Stores chains across Australia (including Woolworths Petrol, Coles Express, BP, Mobil, Caltex and others).
