Shannon Lum, Remedies Print National Account Manager, participated in April’s Country Energy Ironman Australia Triathlon in Port Macquarie.

The race involved approximately 1,500 competitors from all over the world competing in this gruelling event.

The ironman distance is - 3.8km Swim - 180km Bike - 42.2km Run

Shannon completed the course in 10 Hours, 12 Minutes.

In response, Shannon said “It was a terrific event and I was happy with my time. I enjoy competing in high performance sports and triathlon is about as tough as you get. We have been extremely busy at work, which meant that my training was done mostly in the mornings between 5 and 7am”.
