Flexibility on our technology has been successfully proven on any kind of film substrates. Our totally servo-driven tension control, plus the two independent servo-drives on all print stations, one on the print cylinder, and one on the impression roller, makes the configuration of the press always ‘open’ to any printable substrate. Difficult PE substrates are successfully running in day-by-day operations. Our technology allows pre-register and register opportunities, which can be very useful in ‘standardised’ working environments, where consistent repeatability independent from operators is needed. By selecting different tension areas inside the press, we are always open to ‘creative’ solutions like multi-page, multi-lamination, Delam - Relam, up to 8 colours.
